Registration fee ₹1500 includes hostel stay and dinner on 26 Dec 2025
and breakfast and lunch on 27 Dec 2025.
Registration fee ₹1000 includes only breakfast and lunch on 27 Dec 2025.
Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.
The Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify the event.
Participants should have completed at least a Basic Mountaineering Course (BMC).
I am voluntarily participating in the Natural Ice Climbing Competition
organized by the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering & Winter Sports (JIM & WS).
I willingly agree to release JIM & WS, the Government, and their officials
from any claims made by myself or my relatives arising from loss or injury
during the event (Natural Ice Climbing Competition). This includes injuries,
frostbite, slips, falls, equipment failure, weather hazards, or any other
unforeseen circumstances that may lead to death. I understand that neither
JIM & WS nor the Government will offer compensation for such losses.
JIM & WS will provide first aid or initial care and arrange transfer to the
nearest medical facility, with further responsibility resting with the next of kin.
I give my free consent for the Institute to use my name, photographs,
videos, or any media recordings taken during the competition for official
records, publications, or promotional purposes without any claim for compensation.
