Guest Rooms(JIM&WS)

The guest room is primarily meant for Employees of Armed Forces and Officials visiting JIM & WS. Civilians may also book rooms subject to their availability and advance payment which will be half of the room rent.

Booking of Guest Rooms

• The guests will be able to book the rooms online via contacting the Guest Room Booking Incharge Mr D N Raina (9906967827). Alternate no. Mr Mohinder Pal (9149702405).
• The booking will be confirmed subject to full payment of fee in advance.
• Group booking is available at Sanasar and Bhaderwah.
• Location is availabe on website and may also be confirmed from above mentioned number.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation is free of charge 10 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Cancellation charge of 25% will be levied on advance taken if cancellation is done 72 hrs prior to date of arrival.
• Cancellation charge of 50% will be levied on advance taken if cancellation is done 48 hrs prior to date of arrival.
• No refund of advance taken will be given in case of cancellation is done within 48 hrs prior to date of arrival.
• Any postponement of booking will be traeted as cancellation and will be governed by the cancellation policy.

Messing

• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be provided as per the Menu Rate placed in repective rooms.
• In case of non availability of mess staff, the food can be provided from local restaurant at appropraite charges
• No messing available in Bhaderwah & Sanasarand for that guests have to manage from outside

Transportation (Pahalgam)

• Transportation may be provided on request from room to pahalgam market at nominal rate.

Guest Room Charges

• Charges for guest room for stay at JIM&WS are as under:
• Electricity charges will be Rs 100 or as per meter.

Breakage/ Damage Charges

• In case of damage (wether by deliberate, negligent or reckless act) caused by the guest to room fixtures, furnishing, electronic equipment's, bed, mattress, blanket, bathroom, towel or to any facility at the disposal of the guest, charges will be levied at 100% of their actual cost plus shipping and handling charges.

General Terms & Conditions

• No liquor is permitted in the Guest rooms and Dormitory
• It's mendatory for guests to produce valid ID at the time of check in. A valid id is to be carried by every person staying in the guest room.
• Couples are required to produce valid certificate or proof of marriage. Unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in guest room.
• Pre-payment of the balance amount is necessary at the time of check-in.
• Guests are to keep their best conduct and behaviour while in premises of the institute & shouldn't wander un-attended in institute/ office premises.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
